PG&E ACCESSIBILITY

Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) is one the largest utility companies in the world, but pre-2016 they had an inaccessible website that looked like it was straight out of the 90's.

Luckily, SapientNitro stepped in to help.

This was my first BIG copywriting project and boy was it a doozy. Working with a large team of copywriters, we converted the entire site's copy to into Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standards; reducing the reading grade level, creating actionable CTAs and refining the copy so it's inclusive.
